Competency Our Niche

At Infoline we believe employee skills and proficiency is the most eminent contributors to achieving “Customer Delight”. Competency mapping among our employees at all levels enable us to identify the process/ project champions and ensure they are being motivated and mentored in the right direction.

It also through Competency Mapping that we take some of the lucrative decisions of promoting them to Team leaders, Process Owners and above.

Procedure for acquiring Competencies

We try to identify in our Call centre representatives the following types of competencies

• Mobilizing innovation and change: - ability to conceptualize, creativity, risk-taking, visioning.

• Managing people and tasks: - coordinating, decision-making, leadership / influencing others, managing conflict, planning, and organizing.

• Communication: - interpersonal relationships, listening to others, oral and written communication.

• Managing self: - learning new things, time management, personal strategies, problem solving.

The operations team at Infoline consists of competent and trained members planting their expertise from their high valued exposures and former experiences in different renowned call centre and BPO industries across the globe.
The team being headed by an Operations Head is well structured and built to the lowest level in the organisation to ensure a standardized approach and methodology towards various projects undertaken.
Clear understating of the client requirements, ensuring a consistency in output, Grooming and developing on individual niches and maintaining a balanced and healthy work environment are some of the challenges well battled by the team.
