Infoline Honours Customer Care Executives

Muscat - Infoline LLC recently organized an employee gathering at their call center in KOM, wherein some of the best performers from the Directory Enquiry (1318) process were recognized and awarded in the presence of senior officials of Omantel and Infoline.

Mr. Saleh Bin Hamood Al Hasni, Director – Customer care unit of Omantel was the chief guest of honor who commended the star performers with awards and certificates.

“Excellent performance, discipline, quality output and innovation at work are some of the key criteria for identifying the star performers from our pool of customer care executives” – said Mr. Sameer Gupta – Executive Vice President , Infoline.“Our employee are our assets and we wanted to make sure their good work was recognized and appreciated”, said Mr. Gupta.
